Nutrition is a science and it is the process of providing your body with nutrients created by God and found in food. The divine purpose of these nutrients is to provide nourishment to your cells/body and to support life!

Many common health problems can be prevented and stopped with nutrient rich, healthy meals.

As a nutritionist we study the positive and negative effects of food on the body and your health.

Are there really super foods?

My answer is yes!

Have you heard of scurvy, beriberi, kwashiorkor, probably not because many years ago we discovered the nutrient vitamin C, found in strawberries or citrus fruit PREVENTED scurvy.

What about you, what illnesses or diseases can you prevent and stop for yourself and your family, if you choose to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and drink water as a beverage?
