5. We shall eat whole grains and beans to naturally & daily cleanse our colon, to control our blood sugar, to lower bad cholesterol & to enjoy the health benefit of fiber!

6. We shall eat a palm-size portion of meat and fish as a side dish instead of the main dish and remember to bake, steam, saute, stir fry, or grill our side dish. We shall enjoy and prepare meatless meals (meals prepared with beans, nuts, legumes, tofu, and seeds as healthy protein options).

7. We shall keep our sweet tooth under control and snack on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains. We shall fast and pray periodically to help stop gluttony and overcome food addictions...and be FREE to eat and enjoy all types of food while practicing self-control.

8. We shall let God be our God and not our stomach. We will eat to live instead of living to eat. We shall understand God created food with essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants & phytonutrients necessary for health, wellness, life, repair, maintenance, and healing; therefore we will eat a variety of foods and try new foods like... Plant-based Milk and Ice Cream, Whole-Natural Plant-based Sweeteners,
Tea, Mangosteen Fruit, Spices, and more!!
